9/11 Fourth Anniversary Plans Announced
Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Governor George E. Pataki today announced New York City’s plans to commemorate the fourth anniversary of the September 11th attacks. As with previous ceremonies, the observance will take place at the World Trade Center site on the morning of Sunday, September 11th.
