Case against ‘The Simpsons’ filed by Russian Lawyer

After Russian lawyer appeal against ‘The Simpsons’ was rejected by a Moscow Court, he is planning to move the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

Mr Smykov filed a case against the show’s producers in the Moscow City Court and claiming it promoted drugs, violence and homosexuality.

He also demanded 6,000 pounds in compensation from TV channel ‘Ren-TV’, which had morally damaged his nine-year-old son.
